Along the way, your guide will share insights into the geological forces that shaped these landscapes. The hike is moderate in difficulty, taking approximately 2 hours each way.
After the hike, you’ll visit the Seltún Geothermal Area, known for its bubbling mud pools and steaming vents, and the Gunnuhver Hot Springs, where you can witness the power of geothermal activity up close. The tour also includes stops at the Bridge Between Continents, a symbolic crossing between the American and Eurasian tectonic plates, and the Reykjanesviti Lighthouse, offering panoramic views of the rugged coastline.
