The Blue Lagoon in Iceland was an unforgettable experience. The warm, milky-blue water surrounded by black lava rocks created a surreal and peaceful atmosphere. The water felt amazing, especially in the cold air, and the silica mud mask left my skin feeling super smooth. The facilities were clean and well organized, and the view with steam rising all around was magical. It’s definitely one of those places that lives up to the hype — relaxing, unique, and absolutely worth visiting at least once in a lifetime.

I loved everything about this place. The water is a beautiful blue and perfectly warm, which made it such a relaxing experience. We went in at 9 and it wasn’t crowded at all, which was a big plus. Even the cheapest ticket came with towels, a face mask, and a drink, which felt like a good deal. The showers were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and there are even small dryers so you don’t have to take your swimsuit home soaking wet. Overall, such a great experience—I’d absolutely go again.

The Blue Lagoon was worth the trip! We enjoyed the swim up bar and the swim up facial mask bar. The water was warm and relaxing. It was a chilly and slightly rainy day but delightful while we were in the water. The driver was helpful in knowing how to get back to the city and answered our questions about the area, including the fresh lava fields.

Enjoyed our trip to Blue Lagoon. Changing rooms were well organized with plenty of attendants for help and constantly cleaning. The lagoon was very warm and enjoyable, it even snowed while we were there. I would definitely recommend.

  • Where am I going to be picked up for my tour?
    Pick- up takes place from from bus stops in the city center, hotels/guesthouses around Reykjavik.You can select your pick-up location during the booking process.
  • What time should I be ready for my tour pick-up?
    Pick up starts 30 minutes before departure. It takes us around 30 minutes to pick up everybody, and we never know in advance if you are going to be the first pick up location or the last. We call for your patience and if there’s any kind of problem or delay we will let you know. For any last-minute communication, contact us at the phone number you will find on the top right corner of your ticket
  • Will there be bathroom stops?
    Every time we stop there’s going to be a toilet close to us. However, sometimes we will be driving long distances in between stops, so make sure you use the restroom every time you have the chance.
  • Is it possible to purchase food/drinks during the tour?
    Yes, it will be possible to purchase food and drinks. For your comfort, we however recommend bringing some snacks and a water bottle with you.

1) Warm Layers – Wearing warm clothes will ensure a comfortable experience. 2) Hat, Gloves & Scarf – Keep your hands, ears, and neck warm while enjoying the adventure. 3) Camera/ Phone – Capture stunning photos. 4) Swimsuit – It can also be rented at Blue Lagoon at an additional cost.
