Discover the magic of Iceland’s night skies on this small group Northern Lights Tour.

The four-hour journey departs from Reykjavík and takes you far from city lights in search of the elusive Aurora Borealis, guided by experts who track weather and solar activity for the best viewing spots.

Travel in comfort aboard a minibus with a small group of no more than 19 passengers.
While waiting for the sky to light up, guests are invited to stay warm with traditional Icelandic wool blankets, and enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and freshly baked kleina pastries—a cozy touch that turns the wait into a delightful part of the experience. When the Northern Lights appear, your guide will capture professional photos of the moment, so you can take home more than just memories.

We were nervous about seeing the lights as it was a bit overcast and the forecast wasn’t showing very promising conditions for the light, but let me tell you, the forecasts can be wrong! We were taken to one spot early and caught a slight glimpse, but Baldwin thought we could find better, so we hit the road and found a great spot only a 20 minute drive out of town. We were treated to an hour long light show that was breathtaking. The hot chocolate was great, and Baldwin had a lot of information to give about the lights. Be prepared to sit/stand outside, but the van is conditioned well. Would go again, especially with Baldwin.

Great tour, very well organised with a group of about 16 people so it didn’t feel too impersonal but also not too cramped. Devin knew his stuff about Iceland which was fun & interesting & where we could probably see the Northern Lights - always a possibility we may not but you could go on another night We were very lucky as we did see them & they lived up to expectations. Devin also took great photos which were shared after the tour. We would highly recommend!

The tour was AMAZING!!! I higly recommend it! We starter the tour with few chances to see aurora but our guide was patient and perseverant and it could find the only clear sky spot and we was able to see the spectacular Northern Lights! Thank you so so much for making our dream came true!

Amazing night watching the northern lights, Toni our guide was brilliant, funny, helpful enthusiastic, even he got excited by the lights that night. Still getting goosebumps when looking through the brilliant photos that Toni took during the trip.

Michaela K. knew exactly where to go and drove us there safely. She gave lots of history and explanation in a fun way on the drive. She took lots of photos of us in front of the beautiful lights which were shared with us later. In addition to hot chocolate she gave us pastries -a delicious snack. The last time we viewed the lights she was obviously super excited by the show they put on and told us it was one of the best she'd ever seen. HIghly recommend!!!

  • ¿Dónde me recogerán para mi tour?
     La recogida tiene lugar en las paradas de autobús del centro de la ciudad, hoteles/pensiones alrededor de Reikiavik. Puedes seleccionar tu lugar de recogida durante el proceso de reserva.
  • ¿A qué hora debo estar listo para la recogida del tour?
    La recogida comienza 30 minutos antes de la salida. Nos lleva alrededor de 30 minutos recoger a todos, y nunca sabemos con antelación si serás el primer lugar de recogida o el último. Te pedimos paciencia y, si hay algún problema o retraso, te lo haremos saber. Para cualquier comunicación de última hora, contáctanos al número de teléfono que encontrarás en la esquina superior derecha de tu entrada.
  • ¿Habrá paradas para ir al baño?
    Cada vez que paremos, habrá un baño cerca de nosotros. Sin embargo, a veces conduciremos largas distancias entre paradas, así que asegúrate de usar el baño cada vez que tengas la oportunidad.
