AVIS DES VOYAGEURS

by Safari Margo
Monica was a fantastic tour guide for the tour of the Snaefellsnes Peninsula. Not only was she entertaining and informative, she incorporated music by Icelandic artists into her narrative, which was a great addition. She was also extremely helpful and went above and beyond when we needed to change a tour with another vendor, helping coordinate to make sure we would be back on time and also helping me with some cell phone issues, even placing calls for me on her personal cell phone. This level of service is rare and really made for a wonderful day.

This was a gorgeous tour! So much to see! Our tour guide was funny, energetic, knowledgeable, and just a delight. We really enjoyed his upbeat approach and fun stories. We especially loved the different historic tales and lore of the areas. Everything he shared was entertaining and made the tour all that much better and more exciting. The places we visited were incredibly beautiful and downright magical. Even driving the view was amazing. The beach, the mountains, the waterfalls, the horse farm, just amazing. The cooked meal was the cherry on top of the whole trip -- delicious, very special, and intimate. We feel so lucky to have been able to join this group for such an incredible day. All communication with the company went smoothly. We would highly recommend this tour. So much fun!

This was our favorite tour of Iceland by far. Snaefellesnes is beautiful; literally every step was another amazing view. There are also fewer people here, making it feel like a unique, private experience - it makes for some really great photo ops! Our guide, Carlos, was funny, warm, and fantastic. He really made the trip memorable. I appreciate how timely and friendly he was. He had great stories and great music! This was an amazing experience.

This was a great all-day tour with a lot of stops, to a lovely part of Iceland. The guide kept us informed and also told a number of interesting stories, providing the right amount of information. The sites were beautiful, from the Kirkjufell mountain to the waterfalls to the sea cliffs covered with seabirds. The scenery coming and going was amazing too, and made the long drive pleasant. Though we didn't happen to see seals on our trip, the guide and driver stopped at several beaches making a serious effort to find them for us, which I really appreciated. All in all we had a wonderful day and would very much recommend this tour.

A must visit in Iceland. The landscape is incredible, especially if you’re fond of mountains. Ottar was very friendly, engaging, and instructed as well on where to go.

The bus driver Robert was very experienced and friendly and took us safely by bus to any destination. Petra told us a lot about Iceland in a super friendly and funny way. It wasn't boring for a minute. I can recommend them 100% and award them 5 stars!
