We did both the Golden Circle and the Northern Lights. The tour guides on both excursions were exceptional. Golden Circle - The tour guides kept up his discussion of Iceland throughout the tour. As a result, we learned much more about Iceland than just the five stops on the tour. I highly recommend this tour for everyone. Northern Lights - Victoria was a superb tour guide. She discussed the science behind the Lights as well as the lore about their origination and meaning. Victoria also presented numerous very interesting stories about Iceland and the traditions of the inhabitants. If the rating allowed higher than Excellent, I would give her a Superb rating.

We did a Northern Lights tour and the golden circle excursion. Both were well organised with knowledgeable, friendly enthusiastic guides. Managed to see the northern lights forming and capturing the colour on our camera. Cold, but great experience. Golden circle gave a fabulous insight into Iceland and it's history and geology. Perfectly timed for each stop and one not to be missed.

  • Where am I going to be picked up for my tour?
    Pick- up takes place from from bus stops in the city center, hotels/guesthouses around Reykjavik.You can select your pick-up location during the booking process. Keep in mind that, since this is a combined tour, you will be picked up/dropped off twice (One for the Golden Circle part and another one for the Northern Lights Hunt).
  • What time should I be ready for my tour pick-up?
    Pick up starts 30 minutes before departure. It takes us around 30 minutes to pick up everybody, and we never know in advance if you are going to be the first pick up location or the last. We call for your patience and if there’s any kind of problem or delay we will let you know. For any last-minute communication, contact us at the phone number you will find on the top right corner of your ticket
  • Will there be bathroom stops?
    Every time we stop there’s going to be a toilet close to us. However, sometimes we will be driving long distances in between stops, so make sure you use the restroom every time you have the chance.
  • Is it possible to purchase food/drinks during the tour?
    Yes, it will be possible to purchase food and drinks at some of the stops. For your comfort, we however recommend bringing some snacks and a water bottle with you.

1) Warm Layers – Wearing warm clothes will ensure a comfortable experience. 2) Hat, Gloves & Scarf – Keep your hands, ears, and neck warm while enjoying the adventure. 3) Waterproof Jacket & Pants – The weather in Iceland is unpredictable, be ready for all conditions. 4) Sturdy Shoes/boots – As you’ll be travelling through the Icelandic wilderness. 5) Camera/ Phone – Capture stunning photos. 6) Food & drinks – We’ll also make stops on the way, if you wish to purchase snacks and beverages while on tour.
