Experience the magic of Iceland with the Whales & Northern Lights combo tour, combining two of the country’s most sought-after natural wonders. Begin your day with a 3-hour whale watching tour departing from Reykjavík’s Old Harbour at 13:00. As you sail through Faxaflói Bay, keep an eye out for humpback y minke whales, dolphins, y porpoises. The winter landscape provides a stunning backdrop, enhancing the wildlife experience. After returning to shore, enjoy some leisure time in the city center before the evening’s adventure. At 21:00 or 22:00, depending on the season, embark on a 2-hour Northern Lights cruise. Sailing into the southern part of Faxaflói Bay, away from city lights, offers optimal conditions for viewing the aurora borealis under a starry sky. Warm overalls are provided for comfort, and a heated indoor saloon is available for those preferring to stay inside.

This trip is well worth the money, we got to see an humpback breach the water and the lights were also amazing. We certainly got our moneys worth The drinks arent too expensive and you can sit in the warm inside where it doesnt get too crowded.

What I can say absolutely amazing trip humpback whales seen for and about an hour plus seals and birds . Then the northern lights came out as soon as we set off the staff were brilliant on both trips . Highly Recommend 🐋🇮🇸

An absolutely incredible, once in a lifetime experience. The boat is very comfortable and the staff are incredible, nothing felt like too much on either of the boat trips. They even supplied anti-sickness tablets for my wife, I would highly recommend everyone going to Iceland take part in this.

10/10 Absolutely amazing experience. Memories to last a life tjme. I cried happy tears. First time in my life seeing a whale in the wild and we saw not one but TWO humpback whales - and in February!!! It was a relaxing boat ride, mixed weather so prepare for anything!… Our captain took us as close as he could get to the whales whilst also giving the whales enough space to act naturally. A tip off told him that there was a humpback whale in the harbour, so off we went and he was right. Lots of marine life, lots of sea birds and lots of very happy passengers. To top it off, we went out on the northern lights cruise on a cloudy night, and we saw the northern lights from the boat! The skyline of Reykjavík is beautiful at night, I highly recommend you all to do the combo experience. The guides were brilliant, Rob was funny and Whitty and really knew his stuff in relation to the northern lights.
