TRAVELERS’ REVIEWS

Our bus driver was super knowledgeable about the waterfalls, black beach, plate tectonics and the glacier, Funny commentary to keep us entertained between attractions. Plenty of time for toilet/cafe stops and loads of time to enjoy the waterfalls, beach and glacier. We got handed over to our guide Indra for the Glacier Hike. Again, very professional whilst we all got individually fitted for harnesses and crampons and never rushed anyone in the group who maybe took a little longer to secure them. He is such a cool human, super friendly, professional, helpful and always on hand to help with a tricky step or crevasse hop. He also gave everyone time to do the hike at their own pace and gave plenty of photo opportunities, even taking pics of us in optimum conditions and viewpoints. What a company, What an incredible day, thanks guys.

Absolutely the best trip! Our guide, Vjeran, was knowledgeable and fun. He also took us places that were not included on the tour that he thought we should see. He was always willing to take photos for you and would tell us where to get the best shots. It was a fabulous experience!

The whole day was well beyond expectations! Our guide Elisa was full of enthusiasm throughout, she was very knowledgeable about Icelands history/landforms and was the and was a very approachable trip guide. The actual glacier hike was truly brilliant and the highlight of our whole Iceland trip, we were lucky enough to have a private tour with Enchy (sorry for misspelling, it's a lovely name!) who was brilliant throughout, she took us on a great adventure, and seemed to be enjoying the hike as much as us. The hike was relatively easy, but does involve occasional steep inclines; you'd get more from this experience if you have basic hiking abilities on rough terrain due to the crampons. We'd highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Reykjavik and wanting to experience the South coast. 6/5 from us!

Matej was a fab tour guide! He gave lots of information as we drove to each site and included funny stories. We had the perfect amount of time at each site and everything was very well organised. The sites were beautiful!
